Natural vs. Artificial Sweeteners

Natural sweeteners are a critical part of a healthy lifestyle. Anything that is sweetened from food, beverages, baked goods, candies, etc falls into one of three categories.

Artificial sweeteners are typically very high intensity, and very inexpensive - thus the inclusion in almost all sugar free products - but what are the long term side effects from these chemicals? While no one knows the answer to this question one fact remains - there is no one promoting their health BENEFITS.

3) Finally our favorite: NATURAL SUGARLESS SWEETENERS. This category hasn't gained much mainstream attention because these sweeteners are a little more expensive than the alternatives. However, you get what you pay for, and each of our sweeteners has a catalog of health benefits and no side effects. Utilize this category of sweeteners if you take your health seriously.
